Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-7 days. Please note that the processing time range may exceed 7 days during busy holiday seasons. The Botanical Home Store will communicate via your account email if these changes occur.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for orders between $0 – $50 and $250 and up. Free shipping is offered for orders between $50-$250. Delivery times will be displayed at checkout depending on your chosen shipping method.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Your shipment confirmation and order tracking number will be sent to your provided email once shipment has been processed. Please note that all orders are processed within 3-7 days after the order is received.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Botanical Home Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Shipping Policy

The Botanical Home Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates may be up to 30 days after the order is received.
